Job Announcement for
Job Title: Chemical Dependency Counselor
Location: Geneseo, NY
Available: Immediately (by June 7th)

CASA of Livingston County is seeking two Chemical Dependency Counselors for the Geneseo Office. This is a 37.5 hour-per-week full time position. Ability to work some evenings and later afternoons is mandatory.

Duties: Provides substance abuse/dependence assessment, treatment planning, case management and counseling to an assigned caseload.

Required Qualifications: NYS CASAC-T. Experience with OASAS 822 regulations.
Desired Qualifications: NYS CASAC and/or other QHP (ie LMSW, LCSW, RN) preferred. Three years successful experience in addiction treatment setting. Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
