ABOUT US CASA of Livingston County is a private, non-profit, comprehensive outpatient clinic which provides substance abuse counseling services to anyone affected by alcohol or substance abuse. The agency is dedicated to educating the public about substance abuse and to providing treatment or support to those affected by alcohol and drug use. Anyone supporting these goals may join the Council through membership (voted) of the Board of Directors. The Council is funded by client fees for services, New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services, Livingston County, and also by donations from Livingston County United Way and public donations (tax deductible). Non-Discrimination The Council on Alcohol and Substance Abuse of Livingston County, Inc. Outpatient Clinical Services are provided to persons voluntarily seeking treatment services for alcohol / substance abuse or family members affected by the use. CASA is committed to create a favorable service and treatment environment conducive to abstinence and recovery for patients of all ages regardless of sex, race, creed, religion, color, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, and/or presumed HIV status, CASA is accessible for persons with handicapping conditions and will provide reasonable accommodations to assist in successful treatment.
